Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
In order to bring about healing, there must be respect, encouragement, and empathy. This is what I strive for as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. You are the expert of your life, and I believe in meeting you where you are at in your life. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and interactive. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and compassion.
I utilize a client-centered, strength-based approach, with all forms of treatment. I believe everyone has a story to tell and that we are all capable of growth and change. I will work with you to determine the appropriate education, skill, or intervention to meet your goals.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Family Life Education in 2012 and my Masters of Social Work in 2015 from Western Michigan University. Since 2015, I have worked with teens and families involved in the Criminal Justice system. My experience includes working with clients with anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-esteem, career challenges, substance use issues, and major life changes.
As your therapist I will be available via chat, text, phone, or face chat. My availability will be primarily evenings and weekends. I will check messages daily to ensure timely responses to meet your needs.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of online therapy is its flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable to them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit care into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist at any time if they are seeking a better fit. Online therapy can be a practical and effective way to access professional support for a range of everyday mental health concerns.
