Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Sara and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I have been working in the mental health field since 2010. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of issues including family conflict, depression and anxiety, stress-related issues, communication challenges, and self-esteem, to name a few.
My background is in parent education, career counseling, and disability issues. I believe that the whole person must be addressed in order to create change and that everyone can benefit from therapy. We are always learning and creating better versions of ourselves.
I would describe myself as down-to-earth and open-minded. I utilize person-centered therapeutic approaches and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and various other modalities.
I look forward to helping you set and reach your mental health goals!

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can offer a practical and effective option for people seeking support for these issues.
A major benefit of online therapy is scheduling flexibility. Clients can connect with licensed professionals in the format that works best for them – whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to maintain consistent care alongside daily responsibilities.
Working online also makes it straightforward to try a different therapist if a client feels another fit would be better. Licensed therapists provide professional care through these remote formats, helping people address common mental health concerns in a way that fits their life.
