Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS), and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 10 years of experience in clinical mental health. My career has been dedicated to helping individuals, families, and groups navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges with compassion, skill, and evidence-based care.
I have extensive experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical expertise includes addressing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, grief, mood disorders, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, and severe and persistent mental illness. I am also well-versed in crisis intervention, co-occurring disorders, and supporting clients through life transitions.
My therapeutic style is warm, inviting, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel both supported and empowered to explore their challenges. Using an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Strengths-Based practices, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual.
In addition to direct client care, I am passionate about mentoring and supervising emerging counselors. As a CPCS, I provide thoughtful, ethical, and supportive supervision to help clinicians grow in competence and confidence.
Above all, my work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to helping clients achieve meaningful growth and lasting resilience.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and different life situations.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible, effective route to addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
