I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut with over seven years of experience in clinical support. I have over 16 years of experience in family support. I earned my master’s degree in social work with a focus in Gerontology from Springfield College in 2013.
My specializations are working with individuals with anxiety, depression, communication, and parenting issues.
My counseling style is patient and client-centered. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, compassion, and respect. My approach combines talk therapy, Problem-Solving, Cognitive-behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic, and Grief Counseling Therapy.
