Sandra Graham is a Tennessee-based professional counselor with 25 years of clinical experience. She is licensed to practice in Tennessee as a professional counselor, holding an LPC credential under license number 4899.
Much of her career has been spent in residential treatment settings working directly with children and adolescents ages 5 to 17 who present with co-occurring disorders and a range of emotional, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental challenges.
Her background also includes work in outpatient community mental health and home-based counseling, providing a breadth of experience across different care environments. Her current role includes work with children of active duty service members and often extends support to whole families when those needs arise.
Sandra’s clinical approach addresses a variety of concerns, including addictions, family conflict, trauma and abuse, parenting challenges, depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, grief, anger management, low self-esteem, career difficulties, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and ADHD. She emphasizes clients’ existing strengths and respects each person as the expert of their own story.
Recognizing that beginning therapy can require courage, Sandra values the bravery it takes to reach out and is committed to encouraging clients as they work toward their most authentic, healthy selves.
For many common concerns - such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes - online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be an appropriate option for people seeking support for these everyday mental health needs.
One major benefit of remote care is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability helps make regular care easier to fit into busy schedules.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many, online therapy provides a practical, accessible way to begin or continue mental health work without sacrificing quality of care.
