About

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I have been a practitioner since 2011 and have continued studying and working in private practice to enhance my learning.

My approach combines cognitive behavioural therapy, humanistic, and psychodynamic modalities. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I am a specialist trauma therapist and have written keynote speeches and Continuing Professional Development awareness courses in PTSD and Suicide. Is Online Therapy the Right Choice for Your Mental Health Journey?

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a wide range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and life transitions – remote therapy has been found to be an effective alternative to traditional in-person work.

One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy around work, family and other commitments.

Another advantage is access. Licensed professionals and therapists can reach people who might otherwise struggle to attend face-to-face appointments, and clients can request a different therapist if they need a better fit.

Overall, online therapy offers practical options for many common mental health and life concerns while preserving the therapeutic relationship and professional guidance that people seek.
