Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
You did it! You took the first step.
Sometimes, life experiences often cause us to lose hope, direction and weigh down our hearts. We find ourselves in need of someone to help unravel our heart issues. Having support does not mean you were not able to do it on your own, it means you recognized you do not have to do it on your own! I look forward to working with you to help you gain strength and continue life’s journey.
I am a licensed professional counselor in the great state of Texas. I have had the opportunity to provide counseling services for the past 12 years. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I am certified as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator. I have worked with families, couples, individuals, and groups in various settings (residential, outpatient, community, private practice). I have addressed concerns related to relationship conflict/development, addiction, substance-abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, post- traumatic stress disorder, just to name a few. The treatment modalities that have proven most useful are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also provide Christian Counseling, upon request, with an integrated approach.
My focus is not just about strategies to detour unhealthy behaviors, but also understanding the specific thought patterns that drive them. I take into account what clients have tried in the past and help them come up with new ideas that will have long lasting effect. As adults, we participate in multiple roles and respond to those roles based on past and current experiences. I find it imperative to process through past and current experiences which foster emotional, physical, mental exhaustion in our daily lives.
Our therapeutic relationship is a collaboration which entails honesty, open communication, mutual trust, respect, and dedication to do the work. The feedback I receive from clients is that they find me to be compassionate, light-hearted, and nonjudgmental; and they appreciate that I am honest and direct with them. I genuinely care about you and desire to navigate through this season of change with you. The heart carries so much, let us unravel the heart together and joyfully experience what life has to offer!

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, research and clinical practice indicate that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistent care around work, family, and other obligations.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. Online therapy can therefore offer both clinical quality and practical convenience for many people seeking support.
