I am a licensed professional counselor, Texas board approved supervisor and executive coach. I have been working with individuals and couples throughout my 20+ year career. I have worked with client concerns that included but not limited to, domestic violence issues, self-esteem, depression, relationship stress, infidelity, anxiety, anger and adoption.
I have had the opportunity to present trainings and workshops on the state and national level. Most of my expertise centers around issues of domestic violence, adoption issues, anger and depression.
I truly believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is the key to success. While I utilize a cognitive approach I also use many different techniques and approaches from many other theories. Clients are the experts in their own lives, I aim to work with the client to uncover the answers that they seek-I look forward to the opportunity to meet you.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It is a viable option for addressing a wide range of everyday mental health and relationship issues.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in whichever format works best for their schedule and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain regular sessions amid busy or changing lives.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different match, you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and effective route to support and progress.
