Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a therapist I have 20+ yrs. of experience in finding solutions to life’s changes and challenges that often result in anxiety, depression and stress. I work collaboratively with individuals to build upon existing strengths to overcome obstacles. I want for others what they want for themselves; to be both content and happy in life.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and straightforward with honest communication. I bring kindness, compassion, and humor to the counseling process and work from a strengths-based perspective to help you explore issues interfering with your happiness, relationships, or feeling good about yourself or your life.
Depending on what you are looking for I’ll draw from a variety of theories in our work together including:
-Psychodynamic – Exploring how childhood experiences are affecting current relationships and behaviors.
-Humanistic Perspective- This is a holistic perspective that attributes human characteristics and actions to free will and an innate drive for self-actualization.
-Gottman Method – A research-supported therapy for conflict resolution.
-Solution Focused Therapy – Helping you to begin to make changes in the direction you’d like your life to be going in.
-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- This is a solution-focused approach to treatment, oriented toward solving problems and learning skills, helping clients overcome their difficulties by changing their thinking, behavior, and emotional responses.
I am so looking forward to meeting and working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, research and practice have found online therapy to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can meet with a therapist in the format that best fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and patients have the option to change therapists if they need a better fit. For many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns, online therapy can be a practical and effective path forward.
