I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Addiction therapist based in North Carolina. I have been working with adolescents, adults and older adults in the area of depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia and other mood disorders. In addition I am experienced with people seeking help to be free from addiction to alcohol and other drugs. Some of the addiction cases I work with have co-occurring disorders. Each person I work with is treated with positive regard i.e. you will be treated with love affection and respect. Everyone is treated as a unique individual and will not be judged any reason. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy in my practice.
