Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in North Carolina. I have extensive experience in private practice working with a wide range of client issues including life transitions, grief, relationship difficulties, career issues, anxiety, and depression to name a few. I have also worked with people who have experienced abuse and trauma.
Prior to acquiring my degree in social work, I worked for many years with the migrant population in North Carolina.
My counseling approach is centered around building a respectful and safe therapeutic relationship, while meeting the client where they are in their journey. I strongly believe in treating my clients with compassion and sensitivity. I stay away from using stigmatizing labels. I use a variety of approaches including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and client centered therapy. I will tailor treatment plans to your unique individual needs.
I look forward to meeting you and working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that works best for you, whether that is a video call, a phone session, a live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit regular care into a busy schedule.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if you decide you need a different fit you can switch providers at any time.
