My experience comes from counseling and behavioral health consultation for children, youth, adults, and families in community mental health, virtual, and school settings. My therapeutic style draws mostly from mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, and Jungian therapy, with strong emphasis on being in the present moment. I provide counseling for a variety of presenting issues including stress & anxiety, childhood trauma, caregiving, self-awareness, self-advocacy, accountability, and confidence.
