Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am so glad you are taking the first step towards improving your emotional well-being. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you meet your goals.
My name is Robin Livingston-Richter. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience working with teenagers, young adults, adults and parents. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients in various settings including hospitals, day treatment centers, shelters, outpatient clinics, and private practice.
I am a validating, solution-oriented therapist who uses cognitive behavioral therapy technique. I also teach mindfulness/intentional living. I am also a certified ADHD Life Coach and teach success strategies to help students, parents, and employees thrive.
I am also the co-founder of Mental Health Navigators, a non-profit organization helping parents and caring adults who have a child living with a mental health condition. Through this I also facilitate a virtual parenting group for parents of teenagers.
I live in Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota graduate school in 1993. When I am not connecting with clients, I love to exercise, listen to music, spend time outdoors, travel, and spend time with my husband, two adult children, and my dogs. I am a huge sports fan and enjoy cheering for my local teams.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy can be an effective option. Research and clinical practice indicate that for these issues online therapy is often comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online services, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. For many people dealing with common mental health and life concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective path to support and progress.
