I approach counseling from a humanistic perspective and include existential analysis, acceptance, and working through Narratives, and utilize behavioral and mindfulness techniques. Every instance of my communication will be individualized and specific to your needs.
With this platform you will have access to your “therapy room” 24 hours a day 7 days a week. That is a wonderful thing because as issues happen you have the ability to share what you need to. I will always respond to your messages in as timely a manner as possible. As quickly and as often as schedules permit.
I know that the idea of counseling and change can oftentimes be intimidating and so the decision to take this step is one that requires courage and openness. I will be here to support and empower you when you are ready and thank you for the opportunity to share this work with you.
