Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been serving Maryland residents since 1998 and have experience working with a vast array of populations. I offer a unique skill set of solution focused, behavioral, and holistic modalities. Helping people to rewrite the stories that no longer serve them has become a passion; exploring family dynamics and facilitating both individual and environmental changes.
I work primarily with adults age 18 and over. My preference is in working with individuals trying to manifest real change, and improve their ability to communicate, and experience a feeling of empowerment. I have an extensive history working with persons suffering from chronic mental illnesses. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

People often wonder whether therapy delivered online can make a meaningful difference. For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
The format also offers significant flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the way that fits your life, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to schedule care without rearranging your entire routine.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and if you decide another therapist would be a better fit, you are free to make that change at any time. Online therapy provides an accessible option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
