My name is Robert Gernenz, and I am a meet you where you are type therapist believing in being client centered and non-judgmental to help create better outcomes. Practicing for over five years using a cognitive behavioral approach has helped people build awareness and insight into the presenting problems creating better tomorrows. I received my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Hawaii. During treatment I use psychoeducation, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy to focus on a personalized treatment plan. I look forward to helping!
