Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over ten years. I have worked with various groups from families, individuals, incarcerated individuals, court ordered family education and I have worked extensively with end of life concerns.
I like to take a holistic approach to therapy. Many times there are several layers to what may seem like a one layer concern. I like to match the type of therapy to the client. Preferred theories are cognitive behavioral and interlaced with rational emotive behavioral theories and behavior modification.
I enjoy building a mutually respectful relationship and have been told I bring a warmth and true concern to the client/therapist connection. Every person and situation is unique and needs to be treated that way as a one size fits all program will not provide optimal results.
I will work with you to find the best way to address your concerns and tailor a plan with steps along the way that we may both see and know we are continuing along the correct path.
I look forward to meeting you and working together to achieve your goals.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can connect in the format that fits their life, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or messaging within an app. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistent care.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if someone finds they need a different fit they can switch to another therapist at any time.
