Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a mental health counselor, with a degree in counseling psychology, licensed in the State of Connecticut; with over 10 years of experience working in my private practice and in group homes. My counseling experience has allowed me the opportunity to provide counseling for individuals, children, families, and couples; with a wide range of concerns including various types of anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, family problems, parenting problems, relationship problems, and attachment difficulties. I also have over twenty-five years of training and experience working as a family counselor in the judicial system; providing services for domestic violence, divorce, and child custody. In addition, I have also helped many people who have experienced various types of trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, solution-focused therapy and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
My passion is counseling, and it is always a great sense of accomplishment when a client expresses improvement in their emotional well-being or situation, and it is my hope that you will experience improvement during your counseling journey, as well. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote sessions can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the communication method that fits their needs and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and daily life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed, clients are generally able to switch providers. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers a practical and effective option to begin or continue treatment.
