For more than 30 years I worked with children and families experiencing abuse, neglect, and other forms of trauma. Currently I help adults navigate and adjust to a variety of life transitions in relationships, career/retirement, and health related challenges, including insomnia, I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental environment and working with my clients to create a path forward that will allow them to thrive, not just survive.
