Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! My name is Reimi Willett (pronounced Ray-Me). I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. I have 12 years of experience providing direct professional counseling, and have also been raising an athlete for the past 18 years.
My counseling style is you-centered. I provide a safe place for you to talk, express yourself and figure things out. I will listen with respect, acceptance, and non-judgment. I also help with behavior modification, problem solving, cognitive restructuring, and mindfulness. Whether you need extra support for a speed bump in life, or working to better yourself, I am here to help you.
I am also available to help your athlete perform better under pressure. The mental component is a big part of competing and oftentimes under-developed. With self regulation techniques, visualization, and cognitive management, your athlete can play with confidence, control, and achieve stronger results.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their life, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to keep up with sessions when schedules are busy or travel is difficult.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. For many, online therapy provides a practical, effective way to access support and make progress on mental health and life goals.
