Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker. I also have a doctorate degree in philosophy with an emphasis on social work practice. I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health field assisting individuals of all ages with a wide range of concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, emotional/behavioral challenges, attachment or parenting concerns, etc.).
I believe that there is not a one-size-fits all type of treatment and that it is important to tailor services to fit each individual. Therefore, I use a client-centered approach while utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address the presenting concerns. These clinical approaches include cognitive behavioral, psycho-educational, mindfulness, attachment therapy, and more.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
