Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a qualified therapist in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, self-harm, isolation, anger, trauma, early relational trauma and abuse.
I have a degree in Transactional Analysis (TA). TA is a model which focuses on how we interact with others as well as how we see ourselves, others and the world. By reflecting on our thinking, feeling and behaviours we can address those aspects which are blocking us from being able to address current difficulties or perhaps from achieving our potential.
I will share this knowledge with you where it would be helpful, to enable you to develop tools that you can use in everyday life beyond the completion or our work.
I believe you are the expert of your story and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
As a therapist I am privileged to work with and welcome people from all backgrounds as part of our shared humanity. Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) in therapy helps ensure I am working legally, ethically and equitably, enabling me to support people who experience personal challenge without judgement or bias.
My approach is collaborative based in my belief that each person has their own inner knowing and wisdom.
I offer a confidential, nurturing safe space for you to talk through the things that are troubling you, and help you think about what might make life easier. I can provide telephone and video online counselling to individuals who are 18 and over.

Rebecca Webb is a qualified therapist practising in the United Kingdom with 3 years of professional experience. She supports people dealing with stress and anxiety, addictions, relationship difficulties, depression, trauma and abuse, early relational trauma, self-harm, isolation and anger.
Rebecca holds a degree in Transactional Analysis (TA), a model that looks at how people relate to others and how they view themselves, other people and the wider world. By examining patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour, TA aims to identify what is blocking progress and to open up new ways of responding to current challenges.
She shares this knowledge when it is helpful, so clients can develop practical tools to use in everyday life beyond the course of therapy. Rebecca works from the position that each person is the expert of their own story and has strengths that can be drawn upon to overcome difficult situations. Seeking change takes courage, and she aims to offer support and encouragement as clients take those first steps toward a more fulfilling life.
As a female, older, non-religious therapist, Rebecca welcomes people from all backgrounds and values equality, diversity and inclusion in her practice. Her approach is collaborative – she believes people have inner knowing and wisdom – and she provides a nurturing, safe space where adults aged 18 and over can talk through what is troubling them. She offers telephone and video online counselling to individuals aged 18 and over.
Many people ask whether online therapy can make a genuine difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person work.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose how they connect with a therapist, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging, which can make it easier to fit therapy into busy lives.
All therapists providing online sessions are licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would prefer a different fit they can switch to another therapist at any time.
