Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in New Jersey with 15 years of professional work experience. I spent my early years working with children with severe behavioral and mental health needs. I ended up moving over to working with adults with intellectual disabilities, who have the same spectrum of life issues and mental health issues that anyone would have. In my years working with this population I have worked with a multitude of issues within this population. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. Within this, I have experience in working with parents of children who are adopted and are struggling with their child’s attachment disorder and behaviors. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Many people ask whether online therapy truly helps. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been found to be comparable to traditional in-person sessions for effectiveness.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can meet with their therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be helpful.
