For many common concerns — including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people. The approach has been used successfully for these everyday mental health needs.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable to them – by video call, by phone, through live chat, or with in-app messaging. This variety of formats makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible way to work with a licensed professional while maintaining the kinds of therapeutic support commonly sought for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
