Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma, I have over 17 years of experience working as an individual and career counselor. My experience has given me the opportunity to work with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. Along with working with people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, journaling, play, art and career and job placement. I will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Providing each person with unconditional positive regard is where we begin, no matter the situation. Each individual I work with can depend on me to provide support and positive feedback in order to help them to resolve current issues in their lives and to establish goals and objectives that will assist them in the future.
My Master’s degree in Education specialized in Guidance and Counseling, completed in 1999. Additional graduate work allowed me to obtain my license as a professional counselor. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education with a Vocational Certificate. Both are from the University of Central Oklahoma.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
