Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
Need to talk? I’m here to listen. Have something on your mind? Maybe I can help.
Hello and a warm welcome to my page!
I am a qualified and experienced Person -Centred Counsellor with additional training in online and telephone counselling , being a registered member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO) and a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My clients are individual adults from all backgrounds and walks of life, who have a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, grief and loss and poor self-image.
I believe as human beings, we all need the space to talk and process our thoughts and feelings. We often neglect this necessity and find other things to prioritise and keep us busy, without fully realising how this impacts our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and our ability to cope.
As my client, you will be seen as the expert in your life. My job is to help you connect with that expertise and to begin the healing.
My counselling style is compassionate, warm, interactive and always focused on you.
I understand that I am only a partner and you are the expert on your pain and your healing.
Together we can help you find the solutions.
I offer you a private, confidential and safe space where you will be accepted, understood and can talk without being judged.
I won’t give you the easy answers or tell you that you can have a new life by the end of the week!, as I believe that real changes come when we can look in the mirror and see for ourselves, how we need to grow.
It takes strength and commitment to work towards a more fulfilling and happier life, if you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

Rayner Williams thanks visitors for taking the time to read the profile and offers a warm welcome to the page.
Rayner Williams is a qualified and experienced person-centred counsellor with additional training in online and telephone counselling. Rayner is a registered member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO), which supports professionals who work remotely, and is also registered and accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the UK professional body for counselling and psychotherapy.
Rayner works with individual adult clients from a wide range of backgrounds on issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and low self-image.
Rayner believes people need space to talk and to process their thoughts and feelings, and that this need is often put aside while other priorities take over. That neglect can affect thoughts, emotions, behaviour and the ability to cope.
In sessions, Rayner treats the client as the expert in their own life. The role is to help clients reconnect with their own knowledge and to begin the process of healing.
Rayner’s counselling style is compassionate, warm and interactive, and remains focused on the individual client. Rayner sees the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, where the client’s experience of pain and recovery is central.
Rayner provides a private, confidential and safe space where people can be accepted, understood and speak without judgment.
Rayner will not offer easy answers or promise a new life by the end of the week, believing that meaningful change happens when people can look honestly at themselves and recognise where growth is needed.
Change requires strength and commitment; when someone is ready to take that step, Rayner is available to support and empower the journey.

People often wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable to them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into busy lives.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and clients are free to change therapists if they want a different fit. For these reasons, online therapy can be a practical and effective option for many people seeking support.
