Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Raylene Franklin. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Montana. I have experience working with troubled teens, chemical dependency, developmentally disabled, mental illness including depression and anxiety, physically handicapped, and hospice (end of life) care. I have learned in my 15 plus years of professional experience that life can sure throw us some curve balls, some being more difficult to navigate than others. Over the last four years I have been working as a life coach, helping people transition through their personal struggles and regain the confidence to reclaim their life.
My style is person centered and easy going. I like to think of myself as a coach who enjoys meeting people where they are at and helping them navigate through whatever challenge they are facing. I take a solution focused approach. I have been trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and am a certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).
I enjoy getting to know each client as an individual who is experiencing a unique time in their lives and I look forward to working with you.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care. It can offer a practical alternative for people seeking consistent support without changing their daily routines.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect with therapists by video call, by phone, via live chat, or through in-app messaging, choosing the format that fits their comfort level and schedule. This flexibility often makes it simpler to keep appointments and integrate therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist involved in online care is a licensed professional, and clients are able to switch therapists if they decide another fit would work better. For many individuals, online therapy provides an accessible, effective option for addressing common emotional and life challenges.
