Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! Like life, therapy can be challenging, but you should always feel safe, supported, and understood. We’re in this together. I’m a licensed clinical therapist (LCSW, MSW, CHES, ERYT) and my goal is to help you find what works best for you. I won’t try to fit you into a box or tell you who to be. My job is to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own strength and path to healing.
I’ve been working in health and wellness since 2008. I started out in the Pacific Northwest, where my own journey with healing began. These days, I focus on therapy with teens, adults, and families in different settings, from community clinics to hospitals and private practice.
I support people with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, big life changes, and stress. My goal is to make therapy a space where you can show up as your full self, no judgment. Everyone’s story matters, and I work hard to meet people with respect, openness, and cultural awareness.
