Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thankyou for visiting my profile. My name is Rachel and I am a BACP Registered therapist with three years of professional work experience.
I believe that everybody can benefit from counselling. It can help you to better understand yourself, increase your self-esteem, and cope more effectively with life’s demands. It takes courage to reach out for support and this may feel uncomfortable. I can provide a warm and accepting space in which you are welcome to explore every aspect of yourself.
Everybody’s counselling journey will be a unique and collaborative process. You are always at the heart of the work that we do together. My approach is integrative, meaning that I draw on several different theories to tailor our sessions to your needs.
I have particular experience in working with self-harm and eating disorders, as well as issues such as anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, body image and bereavement.

She has particular experience working with self-harm and eating disorders, and also supports people with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, body image concerns and bereavement.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or coping with life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work. Research and practice indicate that, for most everyday mental health challenges, remote sessions deliver comparable benefits.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the way of meeting that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and access support from wherever they are.
All therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and it is possible to change to a different therapist at any time if a different fit is preferred. This adaptability, combined with several communication options, makes online therapy a practical choice for many seeking help.
