Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed in the state of Nevada. I have been providing psychotherapy for the past six years and I have worked with a wide range of people. I have treated a multitude of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, self-esteem complications, anger management issues, and relationship conflicts. I have also worked with many individuals who have experienced loss, trauma, and addiction.
My approach to therapy is client centered. This means I meet you where you are at, and I use a variety of interventions, depending on your needs, to help you identify your goals. I then work collaboratively with you to help you reach those goals. Some of the interventions I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
My purpose, as a therapist, is to provide you with a safe haven where you can comfortably share your experiences. I make sure to always treat my clients with consistent respect and compassion. I will actively listen to you, help you process difficult emotions, and work with you in the process of achieving desired outcomes.
I look forward to working with you.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical practice indicate that virtual care often produces similar outcomes for these kinds of issues.
Online therapy also offers practical flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of connection that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy routine.
Therapists providing online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, the combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a valuable option when seeking support.
