Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you experiencing increased levels of sadness, anxiety, or fear?
Do you find yourself in a situation that you feel is beyond your control?
Have these concerns become present recently or how long have they been around?
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from South Carolina with experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I provide personal counseling as well as couples counseling. I have worked with clients across a wide range of concerns including addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and struggles while parenting. I also have experience working with individuals with career challenges and ADHD.
Although I have experience and training working with addictions, I have not been specifically trained to work with Sexual or Pornography Addictions. If this is a concern, I encourage you to look to a counselor more qualified in these areas.
My counseling style is warm, empathetic as well as interactive. I have found it works best to discuss the current concern and what attempts have already made toward resolving it. From there we brainstorm approaches to address the situation. Facts surrounding current and past trends often shed unexpected light on a current situation. We will remain focused on what things help you to achieve your goals in the future. I often use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused approaches to assist individuals; although, my approach will shift to most accurately address the concerns you share. We will address plans and your progress toward your goals in each session.
My main goal is to join you where you are and work with you to establish solutions.

Rachael Hudson is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in South Carolina with ten years of clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She provides both individual counseling and couples therapy, addressing a broad range of concerns including addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, career-related struggles, and attention-deficit issues.
Her therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and interactive. Rachael begins by exploring the issue at hand and what the person has already tried, then collaborates to develop practical strategies. She frequently draws on Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused methods, adapting her approach as needed to match each person’s unique situation. Sessions emphasize clear plans and a focus on progress toward stated goals.
Rachael has training and experience in treating addictions in general; however, she has not received specialized training for sexual or pornography addictions and recommends seeking a clinician with that specific expertise if it is the primary concern.
Her main aim is to meet people where they are and work together to identify solutions. Prospective clients who are ready to begin can reach out to schedule a first session.
Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person work.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online services, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many, remote therapy offers an accessible and practical way to pursue consistent, goal-focused support.
