Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an accredited Australian Social Worker with 16 years of professional work experience. I am also a postpartum doula & women’s circle facilitator. I also volunteer with the Pink Elephants miscarriage support network.
Personally, I am a mother of 3 primary school aged children, have been on a difficult IVF and pregnancy loss journey, I have neurodivergent children & in the past two years have been through marriage separation and I am amicably co-parenting my children.
I have experience with a diverse range of clients. In recent years however my focus is on supporting women, mothers & parents as they navigate all of life’s transitions. This includes fertility & loss, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, parenting, neurodiversity, work/life balance and much more.
We’re a great fit if you are navigating one or some of the above seasons and are looking for someone who’s focus is on these areas. Also if you are someone who is ready and open to making change & discovering your true authentic self.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I also give my clients practical strategies they can use easily in their everyday life. Talk therapy is great, but I find most people, especially busy parents need some practical support, tips and strategies. Change takes action and taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
I am here to support you in that process.

Rachael Flack is an accredited Australian Social Worker with 16 years of professional experience who specialises in supporting women, mothers and parents through life transitions. She also works as a postpartum doula and women’s circle facilitator, and volunteers with the Pink Elephants miscarriage support network.
Rachael brings personal experience to her practice as a mother of three primary school aged children, having navigated a difficult IVF and pregnancy loss journey, parenting neurodivergent children, and, in the past two years, undergoing a marriage separation while now co-parenting amicably.
While Rachael has worked with a diverse range of clients, her recent focus is on helping women, mothers and parents with fertility and loss, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, motherhood and parenting, neurodiversity, work-life balance and related transitions. She aims to create an open, non-judgmental space where thoughts and feelings can be shared honestly.
Alongside talk-based work, Rachael offers practical strategies that can be integrated into everyday life, recognising that many people – especially busy parents – benefit from concrete tools as well as reflection. She supports clients who are ready to make changes and explore a more authentic, fulfilling life, and she works collaboratively to turn insight into action.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can address the same types of everyday issues and provide meaningful support.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with their therapist in whatever format suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapeutic work around busy schedules.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel another fit would be better. Online therapy can therefore offer both professional care and adaptable access for those seeking support.
