My therapeutic approach is centered on what matters most to the client. My style is both empathetic and goal-oriented. I respect clients for their perseverance in navigating through obstacles of life, and feel privileged to take part in their journey of making positive changes and finding more personal fulfillment. Many people wonder whether online therapy makes a meaningful difference. For a wide range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions – online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care for most people.
One of the main benefits is convenience and scheduling flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that best fits their needs – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make consistent care easier to maintain alongside daily responsibilities.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many individuals, online therapy provides an accessible and effective way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns while accommodating a busy life.
