Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Indiana. I also have a MS in education and an MS in school counseling. My professional life consists of counseling adults in many different areas of mental/behavioral health and working with teens and young adults both in a school setting and in a behavioral health care setting. My past also consists of working with family relationships and parenting concerns. I have helped people with anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD, phobias and career changes.
My counseling techniques include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, rational-emotive therapy, DBT and motivational interviewing. I believe in forming trusting, respectful relationships. I am caring, compassionate and have a sense of humor. I will work hard to learn what counseling techniques work best for you and what you feel most comfortable with.
It is not always easy to take the first step to reach out for help and support. I would enjoy being a part of your journey. I look forward to meeting you!

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling really helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is convenience – clients can meet with a therapist in the mode that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to choose the format that feels most comfortable.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. For many people, remote therapy offers an accessible and effective way to address everyday mental health concerns while maintaining a practical schedule.
