I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor currently residing in Manchester, England. I have 5 years of experience working with Adults in a purely counselling sense and over 10 years of experience working with Children and Young People.
I have worked with clients who have presented with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges and ADHD. I have also helped many Adults and Young People who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
I have completed training in Mindfulness, ACT and Low Intensity therapy. All of which inform my approach and style which can be described as warm, reflective, honest and inquisitive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe that everyone can benefit from being listened to and understood, which are both things I hope to offer if you decide to work with me. My perspective is grounded within the Person-Centred approach with this in mind you will be placed at the centre of the therapeutic relationship, we will go at your pace and review regularly.
I understand the perseverance and courage it takes to get to this stage of the seeking support process. I am here to assist you and help you to realise your potential or to reconnect with your true self.
