Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and case manager. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, personality disorders, substance use disorders/addictions, relationship issues, OCD, and ADHD. I also have a great deal of experience working with trauma and abuse.
My therapy style is warm and focuses on establishing rapport and trust first. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in focusing on stigmatizing labels. Diagnosis is helpful to understand the symptoms and etiology. My approach is strength based and empowering. I use therapy styles such as cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic and mindfulness therapy. As a social worker I take strong consideration in a systems perspective. I believe its important to understand the whole person and all of the macro and micro systems that have affected the individual. Treatment will be tailored to meet your unique and individual needs.
It takes a lot of courage and willingness to take that first step in seeking help which can have a dramatic and life long positive affect. If you are ready to move forward in this journey, I am here to guide you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can meet with a therapist in the format that best fits their life, choosing between video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to attend appointments and maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may change providers if they would prefer a different therapeutic fit. For many people, virtual therapy provides an accessible and practical way to engage in meaningful work on mental health and daily functioning.
