Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adapting to life changes – online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person treatment for most situations.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best: through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals who use approaches suited to the client’s needs, and clients may change therapists whenever they wish to find a better fit.
