Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! My name is Nina and I was born and raised in Hawaii. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have 7 years of professional work experience.
I have had a lot of experience working with people with Eating Disorders, having recovered from one myself after many years of trying. After overcoming this challenging experience, I developed a passion to work with others experiencing similar difficulties; because I know first-hand, how hard it was. In addition, I also have had experience working with people who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, OCD and a variety of other issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgment.
I understand that reaching out for help is hard and I acknowledge that; and will try my best to make it as least scary as possible. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and joyful life and to take those first steps towards lasting change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey, if you will allow me! 🙂

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be similarly effective as traditional in-person work.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers – clients can connect in the way that fits their life, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to arrange regular sessions and sustain progress over time.
Therapy delivered remotely is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and individuals are free to change providers if they prefer a different fit. For many people dealing with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy provides an accessible, practical path to support and growth.
