Hello! My name is Niekachi Nwogu. I am a licensed therapist in California, practicing for over 10 years. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping adults address challenges like depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, family issues, and life transitions. I provide counseling and coaching to individuals to empower them in identifying their strengths, building confidence, and motivation towards overcoming and moving through stressors in life.

I’m committed to helping clients develop resilience, rebuild self-esteem, and discover meaningful pathways forward. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I support individuals in understanding their unique experiences and cultivating adaptive thinking and behavior patterns towards improving well-being and for a healthier lifestyle. I also provide Christian counseling/faith-based practices upon request.
