Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, trained in both mental health and marriage & family therapy. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for the journey you’re on. Together, we’ll create a safe space for healing—and I’ll make sure you leave each session not only feeling supported, but also with practical tools you can take home and apply right away.
In addition to my core training, I’ve studied transpersonal hypnotherapy at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy and completed trauma-focused training at the renowned Bessel van der Kolk Trauma Institute. These approaches allow me to support healing on multiple levels—mind, body, and spirit.
My earlier studies were in international relations at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic. This diverse background helps me connect with people from all walks of life and brings a wider lens to the therapeutic work we’ll do together.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and person-centered. I meet you where you are, and we go at a pace that feels right for you. I often integrate cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques, along with mindfulness and meditation practices, tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs.
No matter where you’re starting from, I’m here to walk with you—toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person treatment.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that fits their life best – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to maintain consistency and access care when it is needed.
All participating professionals are licensed, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers an adaptable way to pursue support and make progress on everyday mental health challenges.
