Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a mental health counselor licensed in Georgia (LPC) with 15 + years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, improving motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I value the importance of accepting the client where they are at, focusing on what the clients’ goals are, not what I think their goals should be, and most importantly, not judging my client’s behaviors. If I perceive my clients behaviors may not be helpful or may be maladaptive, then I will directly check in with them and request permission from them to discuss the impact of their behavior. I find that this helps maintain trust and continued positive rapport during sessions.

Natalie Ross is a licensed professional counselor practicing in Georgia with two decades of experience supporting adults through life changes and emotional challenges. She focuses on stress, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, grief, and coaching to help clients build clearer motivation and greater confidence.
Her approach centers on creating an open, safe space where thoughts and feelings can be explored without judgment. She places importance on meeting each person where they are and aligning therapy with the goals the client identifies rather than imposing her own agenda.
Natalie values a nonjudgmental stance while also addressing behaviors that may be unhelpful. When she notices patterns that might be maladaptive, she checks in with clients and asks permission before discussing the impact of those behaviors, a practice she uses to preserve trust and maintain positive rapport during sessions.
Recognizing that taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life requires courage, Natalie offers steady support throughout the therapeutic process. She holds a professional counseling license in Georgia and practices as an LPC, providing experienced, client-focused care across her specialties.
Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as in-person sessions for most people facing these issues.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to access consistent support without rearranging daily responsibilities.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch providers at any time if they want a different fit. For many, the combination of accessibility, multiple communication methods, and the professional credentials of therapists makes online therapy a practical path toward addressing everyday mental health concerns.
