Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome to BetterHelp. My name is Nancilee Korth and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. Over the twenty plus years that I have been a mental health therapist, I have worked with individuals and groups needing help with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, substance abuse and relationship issues, LGBT issues, self-esteem, self-care, and communication. The therapeutic models I use in my work are a strength based focus, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and client-centered therapy. A major part of the work that we will do together is learning to live our best valued life, building psychological flexibility to handle the challenges that this life sets before us. The most important gift any of us can have is the security of knowing that we have the tools that we need to deal with whatever challenges this life hands us. I am excited to be a part of this therapeutic journey with you. I will be available through messaging, email, live chat or phone and look forward to meeting and working with you.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, therapy delivered online has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of connection that best suits them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit care into a busy schedule and maintain continuity during life changes.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different match, switching providers is an available option. Online therapy offers a practical and accessible way to pursue support for many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
