Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a counselor for seven years and I’m currently licensed in the state of Kentucky. I have experience in substance-abuse, couples counseling, anxiety and depression, trauma, & self esteem issues. I have worked in inpatient and intensive outpatient drug/rehab counseling for 3 1/2 years and am familiar with the struggles that come with recovery from substance dependence.
I use a multimodal approach, but mainly talk therapy, CBT and DBT therapy, narrative and solutions focused therapy.

Morgan Weeks brings 11 years of counseling experience and holds professional counseling licenses in both Kentucky and Montana. She has worked extensively with people facing substance dependence and recovery, and she understands the challenges that accompany that process after spending three and a half years in inpatient and intensive outpatient drug and rehab counseling.
Her clinical background includes care for individuals and couples dealing with stress, anxiety, addictions, relationship concerns, trauma and abuse, low self-esteem, family conflicts, parenting difficulties, anger management, career challenges, depression, and adjustment to life changes. Morgan also incorporates coaching approaches and supports those experiencing compassion fatigue and attention-related difficulties such as ADHD.
Morgan uses a multimodal approach that centers on talk therapy while integrating evidence-informed methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative techniques, and solution-focused strategies. Her practice style aims to balance practical tools with reflective exploration to help clients move toward their goals.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy is commonly found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers. Clients can choose the format that works best for them – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to reach support from different locations.
Licensed professionals deliver care through these remote options, and individuals are free to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, online therapy provides a practical and effective way to access support while managing the demands of daily life.
