My counseling expertise is in working with adults and includes issues dealing with career, family, relationships, trauma, grief, and addiction.
During the course of therapy, I will draw on various psychological approaches according to the issue being treated, your unique situation, and what will best benefit you. These approaches include but are not limited to, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, existential, system/family, developmental (adult, child, family), humanistic, and/or psycho-educational.

Many people ask whether counseling delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, remote therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can meet with a therapist using the mode that suits them best, including video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care during life changes.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to request a different clinician if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy provides a practical, accessible route to receive skilled therapeutic support for many everyday mental health concerns.
