Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
With more than 10 years of experience working with families and individuals, I have had the humbling experience of supporting clients through significant changes in their lives. These changes can come at the individual level such as physical and mental health abilities, the relationship level such as communication concerns or role expectations, or at the systemic level such as collaboration with medical teams and coordination of family and caregivers.
It is a humbling experience because I recognize that I am being brought in often during one of the worst moments in someone’s life. I do not take that lightly and I try to ensure that each client I work with feels safe and supported.
In practice I have utilized varying therapeutic approaches and I work with the client to identify which approach best meets their needs. Truth be told, because not one size fits all, it is often a combination of multiple therapies. I have found that the most frequently used in my work are Narrative Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Based Approach, Mindfulness Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
The most common feedback I receive from those that I work with is that they feel I have a calming presence, a kindness that helps them to feel immediately comfortable, and the knowledge and expertise to truly help them achieve their goals.
I understand the value in balancing the joys of life with the challenges of life , and I look forward to establishing this balance with you.

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is convenience and flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
All sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would work better. For many, online therapy is a practical, accessible way to get consistent support for everyday mental health and life challenges.
