Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a postgraduate-qualified and professionally accredited therapist with experience of working with a wide range of client issues. My main areas have been anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem and feeling lost. I treat all clients with respect and compassion, and I’m privileged to work with a diversity of people of different backgrounds, sexualities, and beliefs.
I work in the person-centred model, an evidence-based, relational approach, which provides the conditions for growth and healing that we may have been denied elsewhere. Further informed by attachment science, we have a powerful way of helping clients to stop living fearfully and to gain access to their own strength and self-belief.
