Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist and case manager. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse or addiction issues, PTSD or other trauma related issues, life changes, and grief to name a few.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe the therapeutic relationship is immensely important to the success of therapy. Therefore, I will create a space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns and developing the necessary insight and tools to make positive changes. I believe there is not a one size fits all approach to therapy, so I use an eclectic style of treatment approaches that include cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, humanistic, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic.
Taking the first step to improving your life and mental health can be scary and overwhelming, but it also shows courage. I am here to walk with you and empower you on that journey.
I look forward to working with you!
