Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have always wanted to help others from a very young age. In early adulthood, I worked in children’s mental health as an in home provider to assist families that needed additional supports to maintain youths in their homes and communities to reduce the risk of entering a higher level of care.
As a counselor, I have five years experience in working in a community mental health setting using various therapeutic modalities. During my work, I have worked with individuals suffering with anxiety, depression, Bi-Polar, personality disorders and PTSD.
I meet with clients where they are at in life and what they would like to change.
Working in partnership with individuals to help identify their barriers, personal goals, strengths to create positive changes toward becoming their full self.
My style of therapy is compassionate, welcoming and supportive.
I look forward to working with you.

She holds counseling licenses in both California and Montana, qualifying her as a clinical professional counselor in each state. Melinda is based in Montana and welcomes the opportunity to work with individuals seeking help navigating challenging life experiences.
For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person counseling. Research and practice suggest that virtual sessions offer meaningful support for these types of issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the communication method that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or during transitional periods.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if a client feels a different fit would be helpful, it is possible to change therapists at any time. Online therapy expands access and convenience while allowing individuals to work with qualified clinicians in ways that suit their lives.
