Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Kentucky with over 15 years in the mental health field. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, bipolar disorder, & depression. I also have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and teenagers.
I strive to provide mental telehealth counseling services to help promote individual growth and positive mental health. I understand that each client I work with is a unique individual influenced by his, her or their culture, family, values, beliefs, and personal identity. I strive to honor and respect the uniqueness of each person I treat. I seek to decrease mental health suffering in clients, while I seek to promote a positive sense of self and self-esteem. I seek to lessen the experience of anxiety and worry which can inhibit one’s enjoyment of life, while I seek to help clients nurture and discover ways to enjoy and make the most of their lives. I seek to assist clients to engage in healthy behaviors, and I seek to increase clients’ sense of meaning and purpose in life.
I also endeavor to promote better functioning and satisfaction in clients’ school and/or work, personal interests, and in their relationships. When working with children and families, I aspire to strengthen emotional bonds and improve communication. I offer a common goal of providing quality, effective, empathic treatment to the whole person.
My goal is to guide individuals and families toward better functioning in all areas of their lives. All treatment is grounded in researched-based interventions and theories and is delivered in an ethical manner, always with respect for the client. I understand that therapeutic services may not be the only treatment or service that will promote the growth of the individual in all aspects of who they are, and therefore I may facilitate a referral to other treatment providers and/or professionals in order to help clients actualize their full potential. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Research and clinical practice indicate that remote counseling works well for these issues and can deliver meaningful support.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their needs and lifestyle – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the communication style that feels most comfortable.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may switch providers if they need a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to get consistent support while balancing other responsibilities and life demands.
