Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility - clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist if they need a better fit.
